I purchased a Maruti ALTO from you through CSD. The vehicle was delivered to me on 15th April, 20. I have the following feedback on the transaction process. The Mandovi Motors staff were very cooperative throughout the transaction, from booking to delivery. Mr. Ramesh Kumar and Mr Dinesh Franklin came to my house and were helping me to book the car through CSD, online. I appreciate this gesture from you. The car was delivered on time, as informed to me. The car handing over drill by your staff was smooth and professional. I got the delivery of our new car (Celerio ZXi - AGS) on Wednesday and just wanted to drop a thank you note to the Mandovi team and specifically Mr. Abdul for an outstanding purchase experience and an amazing support and help from the day we made first conversation till the date of delivery. I had actually booked at Kalyani Motors but due to an unpleasant experience I'd to cancel the booking and had made up my mind to not go with Maruti and get a Tiago instead. I just thought of having a chat with Mandovi and I spoke to Mamta, who put me in touch with Mr. Abdul and I'm glad I decided to do that.
